DutchGreenhouses® has a large network of qualified and experienced growers that provide interim management for greenhouses over the world. This pool of growers allows starting greenhouse operations to set up the company and organize the cultivation protocols. With every new greenhouse project, DutchGreenhouses® sends a selected grower to start the growing process.
This (interim) greenhouse management is a proven method to eductate local growers and greenhouse staff. Over the course of the first cultivation year, the Dutch grower explains and demonstrates all tasks, growing strategies and greenhouse organization management. Working closely with the local personnel in the first year, ensures that the greenhouse will be operated correctly in the following years. To provide ongoing cultivation support, DutchGreenhouses® has also setup coaching programs.
The DutchGreenhouses® coaching programs provide support to the local greenhouse management for a longer period. It is a program that works with a “buddy” system. A Dutch greenhouse coach remotely follows the operations in the greenhouse and can steer accordingly. Also, the local management can consult their designated Dutch greenhouse coach to ask questions, get advise and solve hands-on issues.
